Calvary Lutheran Church - ELCA

Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Nebraska's Panhandle Lutherans

From our Planning Council President . . .

This area of the country was settled by pioneers who came mostly from a German/Russian background. The original Oregon Trail ran along the Platte River so there is much early American history here. Calvary Lutheran was established in 1951 as an ALC congregation.

Between the relaxed Saturday evening service and the two services on Sunday mornings, approximately 200 people are in worship. Communion is celebrated at each one.

We welcome all and would like to see you at  a service soon!
     God's Peace and Blessings
