STEPHEN MINISTRY
The Stephen Ministry training program prepares interested persons to become Stephen Ministers, equipping them to assist in caring for the many needs in our congregation and community. Stephen Ministers provide one-on-one lay ministry to individuals in need of Christian support. Stephen Ministers receive extensive training and continual support throughout their care-giving assignments.

| The people of Calvary Lutheran Church actively support all the ministries shown here to the left. For example, the fair-trade coffee products are available for purchase at the church and the coffee itself is served at Fellowship events.
We just completed helping with the construction of our fourth Habitat for Humanity home. It is located in Mitchell, Nebraska and is now occupied by a single mother and her three children.
Several of our members have dedicated countless hours to fund-raising, planning and assisting with the building of the new Lakota Lutheran Center.
